what we collect

When you submit the entry form on our site, we collect your name, email address, social media handle, and your answers to three questions.

We do not use cookies. We do not use analytics trackers. We do not collect any data beyond what you choose to give us.

why we collect it

Your contact details are used solely to get in touch with you about RITAM — events, editorial releases, and access to the network. We read every submission personally. There are no automated emails.

If you checked the consent box on the form, your answers to the three questions may be used as part of RITAM's editorial work. This will always be handled with care and without identifying you unless you agree separately.

who sees your data

Your data is seen by the RITAM editorial team only. We use Formspree to receive form submissions securely. Formspree is GDPR-compliant and does not use your data for any purpose beyond delivery. We will never sell, share, or trade your information with third parties.

how long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you are in contact with RITAM. If you ask us to delete it, we will do so within 7 days.

your rights

Under GDPR and Serbian data protection law, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, or request its deletion at any time. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given.
